Nature has always been my greatest source of inspiration. Not only in grand landscapes, but in the small creatures that so often go unnoticed.
Butterflies, dragonflies, moths, shield bugs and countless other tiny inhabitants of our world have an extraordinary beauty that is easy to overlook. Their colours, patterns and remarkable stories inspire every painting I create.
Working with watercolor, I aim to capture not only the appearance of each species, but also the sense of wonder that comes from truly observing it. Before every illustration, I spend time learning about the animal—its behaviour, its habitat and the important role it plays in nature. Every painting becomes both a creative process and a journey of discovery.
My hope is that these illustrations invite you to slow down, look a little closer and rediscover the quiet beauty of the natural world. Whether it's a butterfly, a dragonfly or even a shield bug, every creature has a story worth noticing.
